How We Work With Your Office
Aligned and Well Chiropractic has cared for car accident and injury patients in Loveland since 2006. Dr. Brian Flemming, DC has practiced since 2002. Every client starts with a thorough consultation and orthopedic and neurological exam, with X-rays in house when they are clinically appropriate, and every visit is documented.
We work with attorneys in Colorado and out of state. The quickest way to reach us is a phone call or an email to Dr. Flemming.

What Your Client Should Bring
Your client can call (970) 800-3486 to schedule, or your office can call for them. Ask them to bring their auto insurance information and claim number, your name and firm, and the police report number if they have it.
Care is gentle and adapted to each person, with low-force options including a drop table and the Activator instrument. Dr. Flemming never forces an adjustment.

We are at 4190 N Garfield Ave #2, Loveland, CO 80538, with free parking at the door, about 15 minutes from Fort Collins and 10 from Berthoud. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00–5:30 and Tuesday 3:00–5:30.
