I knew what I wanted to do for a living when I was nine years old, the day I had my first chiropractic adjustment. Most kids that age change their minds every week. I never did.
That path took me from a Biology degree at South Dakota State University to Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota, where I graduated with Honors in 2002. In 2006 I opened my practice here in Loveland, and I have been caring for Northern Colorado families ever since. Many of you first knew us as Columbine Chiropractic Center, and later as Align. Since 2024 we have been Aligned and Well Chiropractic, same doctor, same passion.
Over the years I have gone deep on one idea: find what is actually causing the problem and correct it, instead of chasing symptoms. That is why I practice Chiropractic BioPhysics, where we measure your spine on X-ray and show you the change, not just tell you about it.
24 years in, I am as passionate about how the human body works as I was at nine. Maybe more. I just have better equipment now.

I earned my Biology degree from South Dakota State University, then graduated with Honors from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2002. My focus is structural correction — Chiropractic BioPhysics — and I’m Webster Technique certified for prenatal and pediatric care.

Outside the office, you’ll find me mountain biking, out in the mountains, or on a scenic drive with my family.
